Online Scheduling and Calendar Processing

The booking page embeds Cal.com. After you complete the service form and security check, the website creates a temporary booking session and sends the contact, service, notes, preferred-contact, and booking-reference fields needed to prefill the Cal.com scheduling form. You can review or edit the displayed information before submitting the appointment request.

Cal.com processes the appointment request, available time slots, attendee information, address, booking status, and related communications. Cal.com also sends signed webhook notices to this website when a request is created, approved, rejected, rescheduled, or cancelled so the local booking record can be updated. Cal.com's handling of information is also governed by the Cal.com Privacy Policy.

Morgan's Microsoft Outlook calendar is connected to Cal.com. Cal.com may check calendar availability to prevent conflicts and may create, update, or cancel calendar events for appointments according to the configured booking rules. Information placed in Microsoft Outlook is also subject to the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Choosing a time is an appointment request, not a final confirmation. An appointment becomes confirmed only after Morgan approves it and you receive the applicable confirmation notice.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The booking flow uses a short-lived, HTTP-only cookie to maintain the secure handoff between the service form and booking page. Cal.com and other embedded services may use cookies or similar storage needed to provide their features.

Cal.com, Microsoft, Google, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and email providers maintain information according to their own account settings and retention practices.

Your Choices

You may choose not to use online booking and may contact Murray's Mobile directly by phone or email. You may also use the controls provided in booking communications to cancel or reschedule when available. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information held by Murray's Mobile, contact the email address below. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.

Security

Murray's Mobile uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect submitted information, including encrypted transport, restricted booking sessions, anti-bot verification, and signed webhook validation. No website, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for customers seeking vehicle or marine services and is not directed to children under 13. Murray's Mobile does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the booking process.
